Now, user-initiated ACH transfers for owner payouts are more streamlined, simplifying the process of disbursing funds to property owners.

Improvements

  • Filter UX during month-end: Improved the filters in the owner statements view for month-end statements, allowing users to view listings available for the selected month without unnecessary complexity.

  • 1099 Tax Statement flow: The complete 1099 Tax Statement flow, including corrections and updates, has been reviewed and finalized, gearing up for a smoother tax filing process.

  • Reservation Drawer: The reservation drawer now includes refund transactions in the summary of guest balances, giving users a comprehensive overview of guest-related financials.

  • OwnerRez integration: We've enhanced the OwnerRez integration with better differentiation between various "surcharges" for improved accuracy in financial mappings.

  • Global Mappings View: The view for shared mappings has been improved based on feedback to provide better clarification and ease of use for adjusting mappings across the system.

Fixes

  • Fixed the issue where reservation fetches on Angel Host threw an error due to a unique constraint violation problem in the CSV data.

  • Addressed a problem in PMI Orlando Parks where Booking.com reservations were not being pulled into VRPlatform as expected.

  • Corrected the display of Airbnb, Booking.com, and other transactions in the "Payment & Reservation Drawer," ensuring accurate balance calculations.

  • Resolved an issue that caused duplicate vendor entries in the Owner Statement Bills automation for McCormick.

  • Removed the redundant commission accounts display in the Global Mappings View, streamlining the interface for users.

  • Fixed Google social connection setup to offer Google login as an option for VRP sign-ups.
